Solution
Our team began by scheduling an in-depth inspection to assess the source of the moisture and determine the best course of action. After a thorough evaluation, we recommended a multi-layered waterproofing system. We first installed the WaterGuard interior drainage system along the perimeter of the basement floor, designed to capture water seepage and redirect it to a newly installed TripleSafe sump pump. This high-capacity pump offers triple protection, including a battery backup, to keep the basement dry even in extreme conditions.
To address lingering moisture and air quality, we lined the walls with our CleanSpace vapor barrier, sealing out damp air and helping prevent mold. Finally, we installed the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, a powerful yet energy-efficient unit that maintains healthy humidity levels and helps eliminate musty odors.
