Wet Basement Causes Mold in Haworth

A Haworth homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems in regards to a wet basement. The water in the basement was causing mold to grow along the floor and up the walls. After waterproofing the basement, the installation team removed the portions of the wall and sheet rock that had mold and replaced the walling with the ThermalDry Wall System and EverLast Wall Panels. ThermalDry is a plastic vapor barrier that stops water vapor from entering the basement and reflects more than 90% of the heat from this basement back into the space saving this homeowner on her utility bills each month!
