Nutley homeowner has major basement flood

Nutley homeowner called Quality 1st with problems of water coming into the basement leaving puddles of water all over.  A Quality 1st System Design Specialist determined that the customer had a faulty (almost non-existent) sump pump and would need a WaterGuard system to stop the water from seeping in through floors and foundation.  A TripleSafe Sump Pump was installed with the waterproofing system so the customer no longer has any concerns about water in his basement!
