Concrete Lifting and Leveling Before & After Photos

We use our PolyLevel Injection to lift and level sinking concrete. This environmentally friendly, polyurethane foam, fills the voids underneath the settled slab. Once raised, PolyLevel hardens to stabilize the slab completely. This system removes any trip hazards caused by weak soil. 

This homeowner in Whitestone, New York noticed their concrete walkway was sinking and becoming unlevel. They called Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Joseph DelVecchio, provided a thorough inspection and suggested they use polyurethane foam to lift and level the concrete. Within 20 minutes, the concrete was brought to a level position, and the homeowner was happy that they didn't have to worry about tripping hazards anymore!

This concrete patio area in front of this New York home was sinking and settling. The homeowner did not want to replace the front patio area for the replacement process was costly and time consuming. They wanted an immediate fix to this concrete area. 

System Design Specialist, Jay H., did a full inspection, took measurements and provided her with a free estimate for a permanent solution, PolyLevel. PolyLevel is injected underneath the slab to raise it back to level. Once leveled, the foam hardens to prevent future settlement. 

We recently assisted a homeowner in Little Neck, NY, who contacted Quality 1st after facing ongoing concerns relating to concrete settlement around their driveway. The concrete slabs around the area were becoming increasingly uneven and disheveled, resulting in unsafe walking conditions and a decrease in the overall curb appeal of the driveway.

Luckily, our team was able to successfully restore the driveway by administering our specially patented PolyLevel Foam Injections to lift and level the slabs to their designated surface height. Along with an application of our ultraviolet resistant NexusPro Joint Sealant, to ensure the surface is fully protected against erosion.
