I chose Quality 1st because the salesman was honest and had great suggestions for all of my basement water issues. The office staff was helpful and answered all of my initial questions, they even sent me a booklet with different basement explanations. The installation crew finished the job in one day, they were kind, knowledgable and had good workman ship.

This latest project was my second time using Quality 1st Basement Systems to deal with my basement waterproofing issues. I first used them back in 2011, and was pleased with the original work, as well as their yearly maintenance service. Now, my most recent project was to install another waterproofing product to my basement in order to make sure my basement will be prepared for anything. Similar to before, the installation crew were on time, friendly, and got the job done within the time they expected. The cleanup process was also done very well, and there was no mess left over. I decided to continue using Quality 1st Basement Systems because once again they were a good price, they have quality products, and they always have great reviews. I also appreciate that the sales people are informative and not pushy. If I decide to do any more work in the future, I will continue choosing Quality 1st Basement Systems.

My basement is so much more usable now. All work was done well and within the time expected. The same foreman of the crew came both times. The crews have been punctual, friendly, professional, and clean up well. They really did a great job and I would use them again in the future.

The rear wall of my basement used to get damp during heavy rains until I contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems. The basement is finished and the water seepage was beginning to become a real problem. I found Quality 1st online and was impressed with their website and products. I looked at 2 other companies but in the end chose quality 1st because of the price and presentation given by inspector Nick. I invested in a Triple Safe Sump Pump with battery back up, as well as the WaterGuard French Drain system.

Have had our system for about 20 years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Never had a problem with water in our basement after our system was installed. Our system was just inspected by Kyle who cleaned it, tightened everything, and ensured the alarm was now working. Kyle also called to tell me at what time he would be at our residence which I greatly appreciated. 

Jay Hugee was incredibly infromative, knew the products very well and I didn't feel " pushed". He was outstanding. The presentation was well thought out and we were pretty much sold, halway through Jay presenting. 

From the beginning to end Quality 1st Basements is top-notch. Johnathan was detailed, knowledgeable, and personable. He took his time and made sure we got the best possible solutions to solve our water issues in our basement. After hiring two prior companies who failed miserably in solving our water issues, I can say that Quality 1st did the job and then some. The crew was clean, fast, and so nice. The foreman answered every question and would not leave until we were satisfied. Would highly recommend this company for your basement.

Quality 1st Basements installed our sump pumps upon our new construction and visit annually to ensure everything is in working order. At our recent maintenance visit, Nick was very thorough with his explanation of his findings. It was great to work with Steve Roldan and Esau and his team with the install of smart jacks and beams to help with my foundation in my house. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Customer service was also very helpful and informative of the entire process. An impressive company nonetheless. Highly recommended.

First and foremost I would like to thank Matt for being kind, courteous, informative, and displaying such professionalism from start to finish. Matt called the same night to make sure we were satisfied and to answer any questions if we had them. He even called a week later to check in again which was very genuine. The team came out at the time they promised and finished the job within a few hours.
