Wilver and his team arrived on time. Today was a 90+ degree day with MAJOR humidity. These guys never stopped. I had my crawl space vapor barrier installed, it looks AMAZING!!! A major improvement. We first approached Quality 1st Basement Systems because we were having problems with our crawl space and we were interested in getting The Turtl crawl space access system installed. We were very happy when the inspector first came out. They were very knowledgeable and professional, and were able to tell us what we actually needed for our crawl space. They were even able to help us make the decision to waterproof our crawl space as well as install the Turtl. When it came time for the installation, we were happy with the high quality of work that they performed. Our crawl space looks brand new and is totally water proof!

Our basement carried a lot of moisture and the paneling and wood we had installed was warping and was getting moldy. They installed these beautiful walls that have a moisture barrier behind them and they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend it.

I am very satisfied with the overall installation and work completed by Quality 1st Basement Systems. I had a ton of water that entered my crawlspace after hurricane Sandy from the bay. I met Quality 1st at a homeshow in Brookdale Community College and decided to take advantage and sign up for a free estimate inspection. My inspector Dan was friendly and gave a good presentation on what he recommended to waterproof my crawlspace. I got a sump pump installed and encapsulated my crawlspace to protect me from future storms. Everything was installed in just 2 days and the installation crew was very professional. Now I feel confident that my crawlspace will be kept dry during future storms.

Steve called to verify the appt and make sure we received the very informative information packet he sent us. Upon his on-time arrival and inspection, he presented a proposal and we decided to insulate and encapsulate. We finalized the paperwork in our house with Steve, he had a date for the install while he was there and we felt really comfortable with the process. Then we got a call from the office to confirm the install the day before, the crew called on the way that morning, arrived on time, worked neatly and cleanly updating me along the way. When finished I was very impressed and happy I chose Quality 1st basements.

On February 6, 2018, Quality 1st completely renovated the crawl space in our summer house in Normandy Beach, NJ. Working with you to learn what to do was a very positive experience. You gave me good advice about material, dehumidifiers, etc., but mostly you helped me to understand how humidity ruins crawl spaces.
