Concrete Lifting and Leveling Photo Album: Sinking Slabs Raised in Dayton, NJ Condo Association
An owner of a condo association in Dayton, New Jersey contacted Quality 1st due to a number of sinking concrete slabs in the sidewalks in front of the homes. Our System design Specialist went to inspect the community and recommended that the slabs be lifted right away to prevent any tripping hazards. PolyLevel was used to raise the concrete slabs back to their original position. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that is injected into the concrete through penny-size holes and starts expanding and hardening within minutes. PolyLevel is an easy and quick solution to raising concrete slabs. The residents in this community no longer have to worry about tripping hazards.
