Concrete Lifting and Leveling Before & After Photos

A home in Englewood Cliffs, NJ has a sinking and cracked patio in the backyard. The homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems for a solution. We used Polylevel Injection to lift and level the sinking concrete. Once the patio was lifted and leveled, our crew sealed the cracks with the waterproof NexusPro Joint Sealant. A Congers, NY homeowner was interested in repairing their sinking concrete pool deck area. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems for an estimate. We were contacted by the Frederick Douglass Academy VIII in Brooklyn, New York to repair their sinking concrete area in front of an entry way into the building. Multiple slabs were sinking and settling creating trip hazards and the area needed to be raised and leveled. We used our PolyLevel  to raise the slabs back towards their original level, removing the trip hazards to create a safe walking area.  Our team drilled small penny-size holes into the concrete and injecting PolyLevel to fill voids underneath.
