I first approached Quality 1st Basement Systems because I was interested in waterproofing my basement. Overall I was very pleased with how excellent everyone was, and how easy it was to get a sump pump installed. While the whole experience was great, the salesman Colin really stood out the most to me. During his presentation he was very friendly, and he was able to explain everything in such a great manner. He also was able to tell us exactly what we needed, which was great. I am very satisfied with the work done in my basement by Quality 1st Basement systems. I was initially having a problem when it rained heavily I would get water in one corner of my basement. I originally had french drains installed in 1994, and when I saw  the Quality 1st ad in Clipper Magazine, I knew that it was time for an upgrade. When meeting with my inspector, he was able to answer all of my questions and provide me with a free written estimate. In the end I chose to go with Quality 1st because they offered a good price and offered more qualities and warranty's than other companies. My installation team led by Juan Garcia did an exceptional job with my basement. I am a happy customer.
