Randy came out after we saw a leak from waterproofing installed by the same company two ok the earlier. There were a few issues that weren’t handled the first time, but to be honest, we had a downpour when they were installing the waterproofing. Randy extended the pipe for one of the existing sump pumps and gave it a new battery while concreting aground areas that weren’t reinforced. He was super helpful and I hope if there’s ever a problem down the line, Randy comes back out.
