Damp Basement
This homeowner's damp basement issues were caused by water seeping through the foundation walls and floor joints, due to poor drainage, hydrostatic pressure, and inadequate waterproofing around the home's exterior.

During WaterGuard Install
First, we excavated a trench along the interior perimeter, then placed the WaterGuard piping just above the footing to avoid clogs. After securing it in place, we backfilled with clean stone and sealed it with fresh cement, leaving the basement protected, dry, and ready for use.

Installing TrenchDrain
We cut and removed a small section of concrete at the threshold, set the grated drain flush with the floor, and connected it directly to the interior WaterGuard System for seamless drainage.

TripleSafe Install
The crew dug out a sump pit at the lowest point of the basement. Next, we placed the TripleSafe liner and installed three pumps, a primary pump, a secondary for heavy storms, and a battery-powered backup. Finally, we connected it to a discharge line and sealed the area with cement.

WaterGuard Drainage System
The WaterGuard Drainage System installs above the foundation footing to prevent clogs and efficiently collect water from walls and floors. It channels moisture directly to the sump pump, providing reliable, long-term basement protection.

TrenchDrain System
The TrenchDrain is your first line of defense against water intrusion at thresholds, stairwells, and walkouts.

TrenchDrain System
TrenchDrain captures surface water right at the entry point with a grated design that directs it straight into your drainage system, before it spreads across the basement. It's durable, low-profile, and blends seamlessly with the floor.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe Sump Pump System features three pumps for ultimate basement protection: a primary pump for daily use, a secondary for heavy storms, and a battery backup for power outages, ensuring reliable, 24/7 flood prevention.
