Basement Waterproofing in East Windsor, NJ

This homeowner in East Windsor, New Jersey was experiencing water and moisture getting into their basement. This occurs because the poorly compacted soil around the foundation becomes saturated, creating hydrostatic pressure which causes water to be pushed through the walls. The homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Dane Cuccinello, provided an inspection and suggested they waterproof the basement. Our foreman, Wilver Cardoza installed the CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier which will ensure that moisture does not get into the basement. He also installed the WaterGuard Drain System which is the perfect waterproofing product that collects water and directs it to the sump pump. It is made from plastic so it will never rust, and it's installed above the "mud-zone" so it will never clog with dirt, rocks, and water.
