The WaterGuard waterproofing system is virtually invisible. Once the concrete dries you would have to get close to the walls to see the flange that runs along the perimeter of the basement and allows for water to run into the system. The gray piece by the back wall is a port that allows our service technicians to service your system every year, making sure that no debris clogs your WaterGuard and your sump pump.
