Crawl Space Repair Case Studies: Atlantic Pointe Gets Turtls!
The Atlantic Pointe, formerly known as Thousand Oaks Village, is an apartment complex located in Middletown, NJ. Once under new management, improvements needed to be made to several units to attract new tenants. The property management was acquiring the complex and wanted Quality 1st Basements to Bid on concrete replacement as well as concrete leveling of sidewalks. When Quality 1st sat down with the complex, they expressed great concern with the crawlspaces. They were looking for a more air tight seal solution that would also prevent the residents from getting into the crawl space.
Dan McNally, recommended our Crawl Space Access System – The Turtl. The Turtl design allows for an air tight seal yet clean access in and out of the below- grade crawl space. It will never rot, rust, or corrode making it the perfect outside product. The Turtl has a nice appearance, looking great on the property of each apartment building. It’s strong, durable, secure and lockable making it extremely safe. Quality 1st Basements installed 68 Turtls around the entire Atlantic Pointe Complex. Each Apartment building now has a clean, airtight entrance and exit into each crawl space.
