Recently, a homeowner in Odessa, DE, had been dealing with persistent water intrusion in their basement. Our team promptly scheduled an on-site inspection to assess the extent of the moisture problems and identify the best course of action. During the evaluation, we discovered that groundwater was entering the basement due to hydrostatic pressure around the foundation and inadequate drainage systems. Based on these findings, we designed a customized waterproofing plan tailored to the unique layout and challenges of the home. Our goal was to not only stop the water intrusion but also to create a dry, healthy space that the homeowner could feel confident in.
