Then, a steel foundation bracket is connected to the helical piers and attached to the foundation's footing. The weight of the home is transferred through the helical piers and onto the sturdy soil. Lifting the home back to its original position will be attempted with this solution. When the soil around the area is replaced, the entire system is hidden from view.
The Helical Pier System will bring the home back to its original position, and requires minimal disturbance from the installation. These piers are a quicker installation, rather than a total foundation replacement, which is disruptive and not effective. With the Helical Pier System, the foundation settlement is solved once and for all.
