Customer service is above and beyond excellent! 7 years ago, you put support straps on a basement wall. This job was unrelated, but there was as much concern and review over the previous work to make sure it was holding as there was over the new work. I have used this company in two houses. The first was a basement that was continually wet year round and unusable. After the system was installed the basement has never been wet again and I use it for storage. The second was a crawl space that would fill up with 2 inches of water every time it rained. After the system was installed the space is bone dry even in the heaviest rainfall. This system works and is worth the investment. Nothing else can compare in quality and performance.

He did everything to communicate and keep me up to date right from the beginning. He supervised his crew well, and worked hard himself. As mentioned above, he took special care to have the crew clean up. I never mentioned anything about that, he did it on his own. He also offered some suggestions on other products your company offers that we might want to consider in the future. Not pushy, just informative. I liked that. He even followed up a week later to make sure everything was working OK. Way to go.
