Our foreman and crew installed our Super Sump Pump System and WaterGuard French Drain System. SuperSump will provide a level of protection against water intrusion, and WaterGuard will catch any water that seeps in from the walls and floors.

Project Manager Juan Garcia brought his crew to Tom’s property and began the remediation process of waterproofing the basement and crawl space. CleanSpace Drainage Matting was installed on the floor of the crawl space to direct any water to a drainage system. Additionally, a CleanSpace liner was installed to further prevent wetness from making its way into the crawl space and to complete the encapsulation.  In the basement, a full-perimeter sub-floor drainage system (WaterGuard) was installed along with a TripleSump sump pump system (to efficiently and reliably remove water from the basement area as well as provide back-up pumps in case of pump or power failure); an IceGuard (designed to prevent flooding in the event of frozen discharge pipes); a LawnScape discharge outlet to direct the water pumped out of the basement to be dispersed on the lawn away from the house; and additionally, a TrenchDrain was installed to prevent water from entering the basement by the stairs.
