By comparison to other companies, there was no hard sale which I appreciated. The salesperson from another company actually expressed anger when I said I needed 3 days to think about it, but the salesperson from here even suggested himself I could take some time to think about it. The crew that came out seemed very knowledgeable with the lead guy explaining things in detail. I felt confident with that he was being truthful. We will see when we have a big rain.
