He went through the entire crawlspace and returned with pictures, pointing out areas of concern and explaining how the sealing process would protect the entire space going forward. I had the crawlspace sealed a month later and am so glad I did. Quality 1^st did a great job and I have peace of mind knowing that I did the best thing I could for my house.  Everyone who has seen the finished product is so impressed!

By the way, John’s involvement doesn’t end with the sale. He continues to return calls promptly and has been there to answer any questions, even though it’s been nearly 3 months since the installation. Overall great experience!
