Crawl Space Sealed in Lodi, NJ

A crawl space is supposed to be dry and healthy, not moist and attracting pests! This homeowner in Lodi, New Jersey knew that their crawl space needed to be sealed. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Mike Dellechiaie, provided an inspection and suggested they use an encapsulation system. Our foreman, Mario Barron, installed the Drainage Matting and CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System. This system is constructed of plastic layers designed to specifically protect the crawl space. CleanSpace is waterproof and resistant to mold, and it is secured in place with drilled fasteners and spikes. Now, the homeowner has a dry and healthy crawl space!
