Concrete Repair in Beachwood, NJ

This homeowner in Beachwood, New Jersey noticed their concrete driveway was sinking and settling. This can happen from soil erosion under the slab. As water runs through the cracks in the concrete, it washes the soil out as it passes through. If this goes without repair, someone could injure themselves!

The homeowner knew they had to get this issue repaired, so they searched online for solutions. They came across Quality 1st Basement Systems and our customer care representative booked them an appointment with our System Design Specialist, Chris Bowe. Chris arrived at the home and began his free estimate inspection. Chris saw the uneven concrete and suggested they use polyurethane foam to lift and level it.

A few days later, our foreman Juan arrived and began the process of using our PolyLevel Injections. This is done by drilling small, penny-sized holes into the concrete and injecting the foam into the voids underneath. This allows the polyurethane foam to expand and lift the concrete. This process is repeated until the slabs are brought to a raised position.

Within 20 minutes, the job was complete and our crew did a final clean-up. The homeowner was very satisfied with the results and the professionalism they saw. Now, they didn't have to worry about tripping hazards anymore!
