Before working at Quality 1st, Chynel worked in the hotel & hospitality business. With her previous experience, Chynel will be helping to set our Customer Care Team up for success!

On a daily basis, Chynel is answering phone calls, booking appointments for homeowners, and provides excellent customer service to our customers!
