Keashan is a great asset to our team as she serves as an Appointment Center Representative in our Appointment Center. She is currently still in school as she is working for her Masters in Human Resources. Keashan’s daily duties include following up with customers and making sure that they are getting the best customer service from Quality 1st Basements. She schedules homeowner appointments for Basement Waterproofing inspections, Crawl Space Repairs, and Foundation issues. It is her goal to make sure we get out to see every customer that comes in contact with us as soon as possible. A homeowner living in East Brunswick, NJ contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems after noticing the front porch of their home had began to settle. The settlement caused a tripping hazard which concerned the homeowner that their guest would trip and fall. Quality 1st Basement Systems was able to lift and level the front porch area, removing the tripping hazard making the homeowner 100% satisfied.
Quality 1st Basements received a call from a homeowner who was experiencing large puddles of water in their basement. Customer Service Representative, Keashan was able to get Mike B, our System Design Specialist, out right away to inspect the wet basement and provide a solution. By installing a full WaterGuard drainage system and a TripleSafeSump Pump, the basement is now completely waterproofed. To remove the musty odor, a SandiDry Dehumidifier was installed to circulate dry air throughout the large space to create a more comfortable, healthier environment.
