Sinking Concrete Driveway in Ho Ho Kus, NJ

a family living in Ho Ho Kus, NJ contacted Quality 1st hoping we could provide them with a solution to their settling driveway. Over the years their once slightly settled driveway was not completely settled and therefore uneven. Not only did it create an eyesore in front of their home but made it difficult for their children to ride their bikes in the driveway. They knew that if these slabs were fixed, an accident would soon occur. 

We sent Concrete Repair Specialist, Andy Gagliardi out to inspect the driveway and offer a permanent solution. Andy explained that it isn't the concrete slabs causing the issue but the soil underneath their driveway. Over time when soil becomes too wet or too dry, it becomes weak where it can no longer hold the heavy slab, therefore, causing settlement. Replacing the driveway would only temporarily solve the problem for the slabs would eventually sink again. PolyLevel when underneath the slab, would raise and stabilize it to prevent it from sinking. 

We inject PolyLevel foam below the slab to fill the void in between the concrete and the soil. When the void is filled the PolyLevel foam begins to harden, raising the slab back to its original state, removing the trip hazards.
