The Design Specialist recommended BrightWall Paneling. BrightWall is a white plastic panel that gets installed on the basement wall. The BrightWall panels will drain all the water leaks down behind it to the WaterGuard and the best part is the wall can not come down no matter how much water is seeping through!

The homeowner was extremely satisfied with the finished look BrightWall gave her laundry area!

Pool Patio Repair in Harrington Park, NJ

This homeowner in Harrington Park, New Jersey noticed their pool patio was sinking and cracking. This occurs when concrete is poured over poorly compacted soil. Over time, this soil settles and creates voids underneath the concrete, causing it to become unlevel. If this goes without repair, someone could trip and injure themselves on the concrete.

The homeowner made a call to Quality 1st Basement Systems and our customer service representative booked them an appointment with our System Design Specialist, Joseph DelVecchio. Joseph provided an inspection and suggested they use polyurethane foam to lift and level the concrete. 

A few days later, our foreman, Ramon Romero arrived at the home to begin using our PolyLevel Injection System. This is done by drilling small, penny-sized holes into the concrete and injecting the polyurethane foam underneath to fill the voids. PolyLevel can be installed within 20 minutes and is environmentally friendly. It is a lightweight solution that will not wash out and will not add weight to the existing soil.

When the job was complete, the homeowners were more than happy with the results. They were able to have fun and enjoy their pool patio for the summer!
