General Comments: In the end, I am not sure if this was the right product for our situation. It seems as if this system is designed more for water seeping in through the walls, as opposed to what our issue is...ground water. I do hope that it works. It would have been nice to know that in parts where the drains are not covered up by dry wall, it would be sticking up out of our residential floor. I think we have a solution be cutting the flanges, and pouring the slab over it...we will see if it works for us. Thank You.

Our Overall Service
It looks very unstable...taped together...I really hope it holds up. Actual installation was great...workers were pleasant and accomodating. The system was not as deep as was impressed upon us. (told it would be as deep down as the footing.)

Dan mad every effort to accomodate...revising our plan multiple times, and staying in communication with us for almost a year. I only wish he had come by to see the work, so that he could ease our mind in person about what we were concerned about...flimsiness and possible issues with taped tube connections.
